BURKHARD ZERLAUTH

Burkard Zerlauth was born in Bregenz, Austria, and graduated from the reknowned private hotel management school Schloss Klessheim in Salzburg. For the past 18 years, Burkhard has honed his skills in all areas of hospitality and earned his executive degree in hospitality management.

 

Over the past 15 years he has held various senior management positions as General Manager in Switzerland for several of the largest hospitality players in Switzerland. In December 2012, Burkhard has taken over a historic Hotel and restaurant directly located on the Walensee – www.flyhof.ch – However due to his expertise in Operations, Burkhard has continued to consult on various hospitality operations aiding them to become more profitable.

ANTONY JOHNSON PEREIRA

Antony Johnson Pereira was born in India and came to Switzerland in 1995. In 1998 graduated from the Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality which belongs to Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). In 2014 he completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Hospitality Management.

 

Over the past 18 years he has worked his way up from management trainee to CEO of a hotel group. He has vast International experiences, is multi lingual and an expert in Restaurant and Hotel Operations. In 2007 he worked with Chef Peter Gladwin at the Just St James in London and then in 2008 in Dubai. In 2009 and 2010 he was the General Manager for the Restaurant Giesserei in Zurich. 2011 to 2014 he was in India pre-opening and managing Xandari Resorts India. Since 2015 he has been working on different projects in Switzerland and India.
